What warranty can I get from your products or workmanship?
You will need to inform us within 48 hours by phone or e-mail for any products found with a manufacturing defect. Moreover we generally get the product checked at the time of delivery, but if in case a manufacturing defect is found, either that product will be repaired or replaced. However the warranty would be void if the damage is found to have occurred after delivering of the product.
What kind of finishing do you use for your furniture?
The most important in a finished furniture product is for the grains of the wood to be visible after finishing. However it also depends the depth of the colour that has been approved by the client. The darker the tint, the lesser grains would be visible. We either do a Lacquer finish, a melamine finish (it can be either glossy or in a matt finish) or a PU finish. However the prices would vary accordingly.
What are the irregularities in texture and finish tone I have noticed on my furniture?
Nature marks each tree with its own character, creating the markings and patterns seen in wood solids. Each type of wood has its own distinct characteristics and presents different challenges to our expert to finish with our standard. Thus if an irregularity of pattern or texture is noticed, then we just can’t help it. However we try to cover it up during the polishing process.
Can I order my furniture in a different finish than shown in catalogues or pictures?
Yes, it is possible to order furniture with different colours. That’s why custom made furniture’s are much in demand as you can boil it down to your taste and feel. In every case, we get the design and colour approved prior to the commencement of the job.
What are my options when I order upholstered furniture?
You can select from fabrics and leathers from samples that will be shown to you. You are also welcome to provide your own fabric (but not the leather).
Do I have to pay for your service of product design and interior design?
No, you don’t need to pay for those services as long as the whole project is being done by us including the furniture supply.
