Terms and Conditions

Order Quantity
There is nothing as a minimum order with our company. You can order one piece of furniture or order 100 pieces of the same item or order 100 items with different styles and specifications. All will be catered as per your needs and requirements.

Inspection
We realize that failure sometime may occur during the production process. So, we request you to kindly inspect the items at the time of delivery so that the defect might be rectified/corrected or replaced. You can also inform the company within 48 hours of delivery for any manufacturing defects.

Price Terms
Our prices are quite reasonable. If for some reason you feel that it is on a higher side, then it is probably due to the fact that we DO NOT compromise on our Quality, Material or Workmanship. However the order is processed and manufacturing starts only after the prices of the items are finalized and agreed upon between our clients and the company and the same is authenticated on paper and signed.

Packaging system
Our standard of packaging is bubble sheet wrapped with corrugated paper. However for finished polish items in warm weather, we use only corrugated paper as bubble sheets tend to melt and stick on the polished surfaces.

Delivery time
It totally depends upon the initial commitment on paper. If the order is large then slight delay in delivering the goods can be expected as most of the furniture’s will be custom made. In such cases we would keep our clients posted and also take their opinion as to what particular item they would need in order of priority.

Payment Terms
Telegraphic transfer with 50% deposit to be wired upon order confirmation or can be paid via cheque subject to clearance, 25% to be paid at the time of 50 percent of delivery of goods and balance 25% to be paid when the order is completed or at the time of final delivery.

Order Cancelation
No refund on order cancelation.
